This policy explains how Cedrion Holdings handles information in QuestHouse, a family organization application for household quests, responsibilities, progress, points, and rewards.
2. Information we process
QuestHouse may process account identifiers such as an email address and user ID; profile and household information; invitations and membership; quests, assignments, completion status, points, rewards, and related activity; notification preferences; and technical information necessary to authenticate users, maintain security, and operate the service.
3. How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, connect authorized household members, deliver app features and notifications, synchronize household activity, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain the reliability of QuestHouse. We do not sell personal information or use household activity for behavioral advertising.
4. Cloud services
QuestHouse uses service providers to host account and application data, authenticate users, and operate notifications. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Cedrion Holdings and are subject to their own security and contractual obligations.
5. Household sharing
Information such as display names, assigned quests, completion status, points, and rewards may be visible to authorized members of the same household. Household organizers control invitations and should invite only people they know and trust.
6. Notifications and device permissions
QuestHouse may request notification permission to send reminders and household updates. Users can change notification preferences in the app or device settings. The app requests only permissions needed for available features.
7. Children and families
QuestHouse is designed for use within a household under the direction of a parent, guardian, or household organizer. Adults are responsible for creating or approving household participation, selecting appropriate assignments and rewards, and supervising use by minors. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was provided without appropriate authorization.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain account and household information while it is needed to provide QuestHouse and for reasonable security, legal, and operational purposes. Users may use available in-app controls or contact Cedrion Holdings to request account or personal-data deletion. Some limited records may be retained when legally required or necessary to protect the service.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online service is completely secure. Users should protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as QuestHouse, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
