Request deletion without reinstalling QuestHouse
Email cedrionholdings@gmail.com to request QuestHouse account or data deletion. Use your account email where possible, identify QuestHouse, and state whether you want the whole account and household deleted or only a specific child profile. If your email app does not open, copy the address and use the subject “QuestHouse deletion request.”
Never include your password, a child’s legal name, a PIN, or unnecessary identity documents. Support may need limited information to verify that you control the account or have authority for the request before removing it.
What deletion covers
A household deletion concerns the parent account and associated household content, including child profiles, chores, completion records, rewards, household notes, and paired-device records. A child-profile request concerns that profile and its associated records. If cleanup cannot complete automatically, contact support so the outstanding records can be investigated.
If a specific record must be retained for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, or a necessary security purpose, support should explain the reason, scope, and applicable retention when handling your request. Provider backups and app-store transaction records may be subject to separate retention. Contact support for the status of your request.
In the app
Parents can use Parent Settings to delete a child profile or choose “Delete account and household.” These actions can affect other household members and cannot be undone. Review the confirmation before proceeding.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel any continuing app-store subscription through the store where it was purchased. Deletion should not be used as a substitute for cancellation. You can still submit a deletion request while asking support about any subscription issue.
Local health journals
BowelBrief and Whole Health do not require an online account. Use their in-app deletion controls or your device’s app-storage controls to remove local records. Delete separately any reports, backups, shared files, and copies held by recipients. Cedrion Holdings cannot remotely erase files stored only on your device.
